Truffley earthiness envoloped by sweet, fruity nuances of mulberries and other red fruit. Palate is full, rich and succulent and not-withstanding its firm tannin structure. The sweet ripeness follows through perfectly onto the palate while the quriky cherry flavours combine flawlessly with the smoky hints of Parma ham and bacon.
