Abundant Flavors of juicy, ripe berries and a hint of toast, with fresh balanced acidity, soft tannins and good structure.

Deep ruby red with intense aromas of red fruits of and cassis. Soft notes of plum and blackberry followed by a hint of vanilla. Abundant flavours of ripe cherries and plums up front, highlight balanced acidity, soft tannins and good structure. Full-bodied with a long and concentrated finish accented by fruit and vanilla notes.

Root 1 has an enticing nose with black cherry, ripe plum, soft vanilla and toffee notes. The wine's silky tannins and solid structure are supported the concentrated, ripe, black fruit character. It will artfully accompany grilled red meats, ripe cheeses and savoury dishes including spicy Italian and Mediterranean food.
