St Hallett Poacher's Blend is a fresh and lively style made to be enjoyed young. A tradtitoinal Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend showing balanced tropical fruit flavours matched with lemon pith and a lingering acidity that gives the wine an elegant finish. The perfect companion to a plate of your favourite seafood fare.

As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This white blend has a small amount of Riesling added, giving it a citrus tang that makes it ideal with seafood. Fresh passion fruit, melon and pineapple characters carry through onto the palate with moderate weight and marked intensity of flavours. This wine displays a long, clean and crisp finish.
