Bright ruby red colour. Warm, spicy notes with black pepper and thyme with notes of wild fruit. Velvety and pleasant flavour. Paris well with savoury cold cuts, red meats, grilled meats, game, smoked herbed cheeses. Also well with savoury seafood such as swordfish.
