Robe jaune paille moyen; arômes et saveurs de pomme, de poire, de chêne et de vanille; vin sec, mi-corsé à corsé, bien équilibré, avec une bonne persistance en finale.

Vin de couleur jaune paille de faible intensité. Nez d'où émanent des notes de bois, de fruits blancs et d'amande. Ce blanc sec manifeste une agréable fraîcheur. En rétro olfaction, il rappelle des saveurs de beurre, de pomme golden et de barrique de chêne.

Classic in both style and structure, the 2007 Chardonnay offers the quintessential balance that defines a well-made Chardonnay. With bright enticing aromas of tropical fruit, green apple and white flowers, the wine opens up into well-rounded flavors of melon, peach, and fig cupped by vanilla and spice. From beginning to end, the wine tantalizes the palate with the perfect poise of refreshing acidity and mouth-filling creaminess.

This dry straw yellow coloured wine features medium woody, empyreumatic and fruity scents and offers a full-bodied texture.

This wine seems modeled on fine French Burgundies, with their subtle power, taut fruit and judicious use of oak. A buttered toast nose leads to flavours of lemon zest, cooked apple and fresh figs with a top-coat of caramel and spice.
