Brilliant pale lemon with straw highlights. Brisk, intense stone fruit and citrus. Intense apricot, tangy citrus flavours carry through on the medium body. These are complimented by subtle minerality and balanced acidity that continues through the zingy finish. The full fruit and balanced acidity makes this delicious as an aperitif. The lemon and mineral flavours also make it an ideal pairing with seafood and sushi.
