The mouth begins with sharpness and surely evolves to a more creamy texture. The texture finds its balance, wedding aerial sensations surging from an elegant structure and depth. A fresh and integrated acidity joins the fine bubbles, building rising columns, architecture and aromas messenger. The finish is slightly tactile, made of delicate relieves, offering an elegant length layered by dried and white fruits, mineral and floral notes.
