Vin arborant une couleur rouge cerise de bonne intensité. Nez exubérant dégageant des notes d'eucalyptus, de poivron vert et de cassis. Ce rouge possède une faible acidité et est doté de tannins enrobés. Sa texture grasse précède une finale assez soutenue.

On the nose is lifted red berry fruits with hints of cinnamon spice and chocolate. On the palate is a vibrant and rich palalte of raspberry and blackcurrant fruit notes with supporting sweet spice and chocolate notes. The Cabernet providing smooth tannin structure with the Merlot adding depth for a soft, luscious and balanced finish. Valley of the Giants Cabernet Merlot is ideal with pizza, pasta, antipasto, tapas and gourmet barbecues.

This down-under-red offers loads of vibrant currants and hints of mint and eucalyptus to carry it along. Bold and ripe, with a hint of spicy oak on the finish. Food Pairing: Pair with grilled pork chops, homemade lasagna or on its own!
