Hints of ripe raspberry and blackberry alongside sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Dry velvety mouth feel with great finish.

Bright garnet colour with a beautiful bouquet of red berries, plum, cassis, violet, sweet vanilla, spice and oak. This extra-dry medium-bodied wine has moderate tannins and flavours of juicy black fruits, plum and spice. Notes of black tea, cocoa, blackberry and spice linger on the finish. Excellent with grilled red meats; prime rib; medium-rare beef tenderloin; pepper steak; aged Manchego and Cheddar with almonds and crispy crackers; cold beef wraps; Chuletas de Cordero (Spanish grilled lamb chops).
