Note de dégustation

Robe de teinte rouge violacé foncé. Nez assez puissant aux arômes dominants d'eucalyptus, de fruits noirs mûrs, d'épices et de bois. Démontrant une bonne vivacité ce rouge est pourvu de tannins serrés. Révélant une texture presque grasse, il est assez soutenu en finale.

Brilliant and deep purple red color. Fresh red berries and licorice fruit. Black olives and black currant, spicy character with bitter chocolate, a touch of tobacco and vanilla. Concentrated wine, round and ripe on the palate, with soft tannins and excellent long finish. Decanting is recommended. Serve at 16ºC. Excellent to complement cheese, red meats, and wagyu. We emphasize game meats like lamb or boar.
