This venerable favourite strikes gold once again with the 2009 vintage. The semi-dry Riesling, the German Classic, has been a staple of the winery since our inception. Given the concentrated citrus, green apple and mineral nose plus the elegant supporting acids on the palate, this Riesling is a classic example of whats possible in Ontario. 5647 cases produced
