Robe grenat profond; sec et mi-corsé à corsé avec arômes et saveurs de cacao, de cassis et d'eucalyptus; tanins modérés, longue finale.

Vin exhibant une couleur grenat foncé. Nez exubérant d'où émanent des notes de prune, de cassis, d'eucalyptus et de réglisse. Laissant percevoir une bonne acidité ce rouge est pourvu de tannins fermes. Le tout est également agrémenté par des saveurs de fruits rouges mûrs et de torréfaction. Sa texture ample culmine dans une finale persistante.

Deep, rich colour and generous berry flavours. A medium to full-bodied wine with ripe blackcurrant and chocolate/smoky oak providing a lingering, soft, structured finish.

Deep garnet colour; dry and medium-full bodied with aromas and flavours of cocoa, cassis and eucalyptus; medium tannins. Long finish.

A fine example of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with deep, rich colour and full berry fruit and minty flavors. The varietal fruit flavors coupled with maturation in French and American Oak has given the wine integrated structure and balance.

Enjoyed in British Columbia for almost 30 years, this is textbook Aussie Cabernet. Ripe currant berry, cassis and jammy notes combine with hints of mint and chocolate. Spicy oak rounds out the package. This one is good on ya!
