Tasting note

40% Nero d'Avola, 30% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon are the grapes that produce this wine, that ages for one year in barriques. Dark and concentrated ruby red. Very spicy and balsamic, perfumes of wild berries, black cherry, cassis, aromatic herbs and vanilla. Intense flavour, slightly tannic, wrapping, warm and persistent. Score - 92. This dry purplish red coloured wine features intense balsamic, woody, empyreumatic, spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.
