Tasting note

Golden yellow in colour and dry, this product boasts a intense nose exuding empyreumatic and fruity aromas. On the palate, its refreshing acidity and broad texture precede a long finish.

Aged in the “solera” system for approximately five years, the sherry is a pale, gold straw color with a pungent, distinctive aroma. On the palate, it is crisp, fresh and very dry.

Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. The nose of this sherry is pungent with blanched almonds, seaweed and lemon zest. Its quenching sensation in the mouth will liven the palate. Try with grilled sardines and lemon.
