Tasting note

Dating from 1548, Yoshi No Gawa is the only five-time winner of the Grand Champion Diamond Award (#1 Saké producer) at the All Japan Saké Competition. This is very fragrant and earthy with a rich creamy mouthfeel. Full-bodied, and quite versatile this will work with sashimi or sushi, but it will also complement freshwater fish, salmon, porkloin, vegetarian cuisine and grilled chicken.
