Tasting note

Clear, amber with golden highlights and a thin layer of foam; intense aromas of sour cherry, vinegar, toast, spice and raisin; extremely vibrant acidity, tart flavours and sour lemon that lingers on the dry finish.

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, matured for 18 months in oakwooden barrels. The spontanenous fermentation imbues the beer with flavours of stone fruit and cocoa and hints of apple and cherries.
