Tasting note

Cloudy with pale amber colour and creamy head; complex aromas with yeast/bread, citrus, pepper and clove spice dominating, notes of green fruit, banana and floral hops notes; dry, medium bodied, with sweet malt, spice, light pineapple/pear fruit flavours, crisp sour lactic acidity, nutmeg, cinnamon and all-spice notes on the finish.
