Tasting note

This cider is made from hand-picked McIntosh, Cortland and Spartan apples. As you'd expect, the aromas offer plentiful apple (fresh, binned and baked) notes which echo nicely on the palate, where its sweetness is balanced by vibrant acidity. An interesting sipper, or pair with pastry or cream desserts. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2016)

Golden yellow in colour and sweet, this product boasts a intense nose exuding floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, its refreshing acidity and unctuous texture precede a long finish.
