Tasting note

A bright medium gold shimmers in the glass, with complex aromas of honeysuckle, dried heather, fresh lemon, saline and mild smoke. On the palate it is bold with moderate heat; the flavours offer immediate sweet notes of honey, yellow apple and white grapefruit, but evolve with notes of brine, dried wildflowers and spice.

Nose - Soft, very aromatic with a hint of honey and lemon in the foreground. Colour - Amber with a slight yellow hue. Taste - Sweet to start with a fresh appetising fruitiness and a long smooth finish.

Light and zesty with a hint of spice, warming up to what can only be described as 'stick to your teeth' toffee. A long and lingering finish leaving you ready for the next sip.
