Tasting note

Pouring a deep pure gold colour that glistens in the light, this is a bold Irish whiskey. Offering aromatic notes of campfire, green apple and heather, one would expect it pack quite a punch; however, it is smooth on the palate, with the heat complementing the peat smoke flavours and a balancing note of honeyed citrus.

Aroma: A light and fruity nose with a distinct smoky and peaty aroma. Taste: Silky smooth and honey sweet start, malt and fruits giving way to the intense full-bodied peat. Complex yet balanced with vanilla oak tones. Finish: Golden honey notes followed by an extraordinary peat explosion spreading across the mouth and palate.
