Ce whiskey irlandais affirmé affiche une robe or profond qui scintille à la lumière. Étant donné ses arômes de feu de camp, de pomme verte et de bruyère, on serait porté à croire qu'il est très intense en bouche, mais il est plutôt moelleux, avec une chaleur d'alcool qui rehausse des saveurs de fumée de tourbe et une note d'agrumes miellés.
