Tasting note

The Mastiha tree, which provides the sap from which this exquisitely balanced liqueur is distilled, grows only on the island of Chios -- making this a truly unique drink. It is smooth with notes of herbal lemon grass surrounding a sweet core. Delicious in cocktails, this will also work chilled as an aperitif or digestif. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2014)
