Tasting note
Zinfully delicious Cali Zinfandel that features all you're looking for in the state's classic variety. The aromas suggest hickory smoke, black cherry, vanilla and spice cupboard. A rich, fruity wine perfect for steaks or meat-based pasta dishes.
Purplish red in colour, this red boasts a intense nose exuding woody, empyreumatic, floral and fruity aromas. Discover this full-bodied wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a full-bodied texture and fleshy tannins. It also unveils a intense mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.
Pepper, licorice and clove notes merge with deep blackberries and cherries. The finish is clean with hints of rich vanilla, cocoa and mild tannins.
Notes of sweet plums and pepper dominate the nose while flavors of blueberry, raspberry, cinnamon, and black pepper pack the palate from start to finish. The silky-smooth tannins hold the wine together and deliver a soft, fruit-driven experience.
Vibrant ruby in color with lots of rich earth and dark berry aromas on the nose. Bright raspberry and cranberry fruit with some warm spice on the lingering finish.
One of the best vintages in recent memory. Vibrant ruby in colour with lots of rich earth and dark berry aromas on the nose. Bright raspberry, cranberry fruit, with some warm spice on the lingering finish. The silk-smooth tannins hold the wine together and deliver a soft, fruit-driven experience. It's a blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot aged 15 months in American oak. Pairs well with red meat, bold cheeses and great for barbecued dishes.
