Tasting note

Lovely notes of sweet berry, rose, raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Sweet and fizzy with a gentle acidity, this wine makes an elegant aperitif but will also match well with fresh strawberries, fruitcakes, fruit salads and chocolate. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2010)

A fresh raspberry taste, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a round and lusciousnish. A unique and festive sparkling wine and a seductive aperitif. Pairs well with seafood, cheeses, spicy fare and chocolate. Serve chilled.

Light ruby red color, lively pink mousse with a persistent perlage. On the nose intense, aromatic, varietal with hints of Bulgarian rose. Soft and elegant with berry flavors and a touch of almond and nutmeg.
