Jolies notes de petits fruits sucrés, de rose, de framboise et de fraise au nez. Doux et effervescent, avec un délicat filon d'acidité, ce vin fera une élégante boisson apéritive, mais s'accordera aussi très bien avec les fraises fraîches, le gâteau aux fruits, la salade de fruits et le chocolat. A fresh raspberry taste, with crisp acidity, enticing the palate with an initial softness, graduating to a round and lusciousnish. A unique and festive sparkling wine and a seductive aperitif. Pairs well with seafood, cheeses, spicy fare and chocolate. Serve chilled.

Light ruby red color, lively pink mousse with a persistent perlage. On the nose intense, aromatic, varietal with hints of Bulgarian rose. Soft and elegant with berry flavors and a touch of almond and nutmeg.
