Tasting note
Pinot blanc, chardonnay, riesling and pinot noir. Cool and crisp on the nose, full of green apple and citrus, plus a decent dose of yeastiness. The palate has riveting acid, making this appear bone dry and lively. A perfect aperitif style that's also stylish and classy - something a bit unusual to introduce your friends to. Tasted July 2010.
