Tasting note

Salmon pink colour; strawberry, cherry and sweet herbal aromas with a citrus note; cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavours with a crisp dry finish

As ever, all the grapes were picked on the early edge of ripeness, during the cool night time hours, and go direct to press. Aromas dance between summer flow¬ers, wild strawberry and cherry and herbs de Pro¬vence. These same flavours carry through on the palate but in a more delicate way. The palate is surprisingly broad and rich, though not at all heavy, and finishes with mouth watering acidity.
