As ever, all the grapes were picked on the early edge of ripeness, during the cool night time hours, and go direct to press. Aromas dance between summer flow¬ers, wild strawberry and cherry and herbs de Pro¬vence. These same flavours carry through on the palate but in a more delicate way. The palate is surprisingly broad and rich, though not at all heavy, and finishes with mouth watering acidity.
