Bonterra has been crafting organic wines for 20+ years. This focused Cab shows blackberry, cassis, mocha, dried herbs and toasty oak flavours. Pair with grilled portobello mushroom burgers or organic rare steaks with roasted potatoes.

Ruby in colour, this red boasts a intense nose exuding woody, empyreumatic, spicy and floral aromas. Discover this full-bodied wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a broad texture and fleshy tannins. It also unveils a intense mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.

On the nose are black cherry and plum aromas with hints of chocolate and spice. On the palate are blackberry flavours, ripe tannins and a lingering finish.

The wine enters with juicy red berry flavors and offers a soft, yet full, mouthfeel. You’ll find velvety chocolate in the finish which is a rich contrast to the dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry.

This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavours of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish.
