Note de dégustation

La maison Bonterra élabore des vins biologiques depuis plus de 20 ans. Ce cabernet présente des saveurs précises de mûre, de cassis, de moka, d'herbes séchées et de chêne grillé. Excellent avec un hamburger aux champignons portobellos ou un steak de viande biologique, servi saignant avec des pommes de terre rôties.

Vin d'une couleur rubis d'une bonne intensité. Nez assez puissant qui s'ouvre sur des arômes dominants de cassis, de cèdre et de vanille . Exprimant une acidité rafraîchissante, ce rouge est muni de tannins charnus. Offrant une bouche ample, il est assez persistant en finale.

On the nose are black cherry and plum aromas with hints of chocolate and spice. On the palate are blackberry flavours, ripe tannins and a lingering finish.

The wine enters with juicy red berry flavors and offers a soft, yet full, mouthfeel. You’ll find velvety chocolate in the finish which is a rich contrast to the dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry.

This Cabernet offers aromas of bright cherry, currant, and raspberry with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. In the glass, you will find flavours of cherry and currant and a lingering and thoughtful finish.
