Tasting note
Bright, pale yellow. Lemon, spices and smoky minerality on the nose. Silky on entry, then expands to fill the mouth with rich yet brisk flavors of lemon, dusty stone and vanillin oak. Good acidity gives the wine excellent cut but there's nothing austere about this very nicely balanced premier cru. The captivating rising finish shows a lightly smoky quality and noteworthy finesse. Score - 92. (Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar, Sept. 2012)
This dry greenish yellow coloured wine features light empyreumatic, spicy, fruity and mineral scents and offers a full-bodied texture.
