Tasting note

This Candor Lot 7 Zinfandel is a bit of a throwback in that it's crafted using the now almost-forgotten tradition of multi-vintage blending. The result is a wine with black fruit, fig, dates, cherry and blackberry aromas, and with melted chocolate tones adding complexity. Soft and generous with excellent balance and structure, and a long, spicy finish. (Vintages panel, April 2016)
