Tasting note

A full-bodied Chilean red with a towering structure, great depth of black fruit and tar flavour and a good grip on the palate. Decant for 2 hours for maximum pleasure. Long finish. Could use cellar time to mellow and integrate. Finishes with notes of blackcurrant and cedar smoke. This is a red wine blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 5% Syrah grapes to add richness, depth and complexity. Pair with a rare steak tonight.
