Tasting note

Wonderfully complex aromas of apricot and peach nectar, ripe mango, nectarine, poached pear, candied citrus zest, honey and marmalade, all of which echo with pristine clarity on the palate. It's certainly sweet on the tongue, yet a rush of cleansing acidity keeps things fresh and lively from start to finish. Pair with grilled peaches, apricot tart or semi-sweet peach pie.
