Tasting note
Medium-ruby colour with an attractive nose featuring smoky cherry, red plum, underbrush and pomegranate. Dry with a lively, smoky fruit core featuring an attractive interplay between sour- and black-cherry nuances. Ripe, chewy tannins bring balance. Cellar it 2-3 years, or enjoy it now with beef bourguignon. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2012)
This dry ruby coloured wine features intense woody, spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as smooth tannins.
100% Pinot Noir displays the hallmark of red cherry, strawberry, black tea and notes of tanned leather. The inviting aromas lead to a juicy palate where the red fruit flavours ring true along with touches of cinnamon and all spice. The generous core of fruit is balanced with the bright acidity you would expect from a cooler climate.
