Tasting note

This dry cherry-red coloured wine features intense balsamic, woody, spicy and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.

Eucalyptus mint, firm structure and exotic spice are key elements in our Big Break Zinfandel. Always a robust wine, Big Break shows crisp black cherries, exotic spice, as well as, a toasted oak characteristic. It holds a distinct dusty berry characteristic. Big Break Zinfandel can be enjoyed young but will also benefit from 5 to 7 years of cellaring.
