Tasting note

Greenish yellow in colour, this white boasts a medium nose exuding floral, fruity and vegetal aromas. Discover this light-bodied wine expressing lively acidity and offering a slender texture. It also unveils a medium mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.

An opaque rather greenish yellow color, to the nose it is quite fresh and citric, with a slightly sweet note, that reminds us maybe of quince, some red apple and white flowers such as jasmine, giving then way to a very good acidity in mouth, quite citric and with a slight note of white peaches. This is a rather complex wine, citric and with good volume that harmonizes quite well first as an aperitif, with salads, preparations involving crustacean such as king crab, and crab meat to practically all types of fish.
