Vin arborant une robe jaune-vert de faible intensité. Nez où dominent des notes fruitées, florales et végétales. Laissez-vous charmer par ce blanc démontrant une très grande fraîcheur. Il offre une bouche souple qui se termine dans une finale assez persistante.

An opaque rather greenish yellow color, to the nose it is quite fresh and citric, with a slightly sweet note, that reminds us maybe of quince, some red apple and white flowers such as jasmine, giving then way to a very good acidity in mouth, quite citric and with a slight note of white peaches. This is a rather complex wine, citric and with good volume that harmonizes quite well first as an aperitif, with salads, preparations involving crustacean such as king crab, and crab meat to practically all types of fish.
