Tasting note
The Three Saints refer to the Dierberg Family's vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley, the Santa Rita Hills and the Santa Ynez Valley, from which grapes for this wine are sourced. This Cabernet comes from Santa Ynez and offers aromas of anise, mineral and baking spices. The palate is dry, full bodied and loaded with ripe black fruit, toasty oak, and spice notes. Delicious and maturing very nicely, this wine will pair beautifully with grilled steak. (VINTAGES panel, Oct. 2010)
