Tasting note

This is a full, rich, very toasty-leesy, autolysis-driven bubbly from Carneros, with round, creamy, full texture, generous alcohol (13%) and long, crème brulée flavoured finish. All in all, an intense, concentrated sparkler that would show well at the table - think risotto, pork, roasted chicken and the like. Score - 91. (John Szabo, M.S., winealign.com, Dec. 02, 2010)
