Tasting note

This dry garnet coloured wine features intense woody, spicy, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.

Floral notes and hints of cherry jam on the nose. Rich flavours of black current and plums on the palate.

Gabbiano Chianti Classico Reserva DOCG displays violet, red fruits and spicy aromas of black pepper and sweet licorice. The palate is mouth-filling and warm, with red fruit flavors balanced by round tannins, a fresh acidity and long finish.

This shows plum and coffee aromas along with toasted notes of well-integrated oak. The palate delivers black cherry flavor along with white pepper and cinnamon spice. Let this age a few more years to develop additional complexity.
