Tasting note

Deep ruby with a purple hue; notes of blackberry, dark-skinned plum, lead pencil and baking spices on the nose; dry and full-bodied, the flavours are of cassis, clove, dark chocolate and mint that linger on your tongue.

This dry ruby coloured wine features intense woody, empyreumatic, spicy and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as firm tannins.

To the eye, this wine has a dark cherry colour with bright purple hues. Ripe plum and blackberry fruit flavours are coupled with attractive aniseed and mint spice. A generous, richly flavoured wine with a full-bodied palate supported by fine silky tannins and integrated oak nuances. Pair with traditional roast lamb, caramelized onions and mint sauce.
