Tasting note
A blend of 76% Shiraz and 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, the deep garnet-purple colored 2014 Shiraz Cabernet Anaperenna has a nose of crème de cassis, plum preserves, blackberry coulis and chocolate box with hints of cigar boxes and baking spices. Big, opulent and voluptuously fruited in the mouth, it has nice ripe, velvety tannins and just enough acid to frame the generous fruit, finishing with great length and plenty of freshness.
