Tasting note
Produced only in select years and using the very best fruit, this bubbly is aged for 10 years on the lees and a minimum of six months in the bottle after disgorging and dosage. A blend of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay, the 2001 received a score of 95 points from the 2013 California State Fair Wine Competition, and was awarded the designation of Best of Region.
