Grapes from low yield old bush vines, lightly oaked before blending resulting in a full flavored concentrated wine. Deep vibrant purple colour, spicy ripe fruit nose and mouth filling juicy ripe red fruit taste. medium finish.

Bright ruby in the glass. Plums and red berry with cinnamon spice aromas. Medium bodied with silky juicy tannin and subtle vanilla on the palate.

This is a complex blend of Syrah, Cinsaut, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache. This is a pleasant wine with integrated flavours and a smooth finish. Pair with Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Spinach and Goat Cheese.
