Tasting note

In the native language of founder Nicky Hahn, the word 'Hahn' is German for rooster - which is why a depiction of this bird has always graced the label of Hahn wines. This crowd-pleaser has a lot to crow about with its oodles of intense cassis, black raspberry and vanilla aromas and touches of oak spice. Pair with smoked or barbecued beef brisket. Bright aromatics of raspberry, cassis and a hint of olive,underscored with spicwee and toasted notes. Plum,currant and other dark fruits fill the mouth. Melting tannins lift the flavors and leave the mouth with a perception of Swiss milk chocolate.
