Tasting note
This dry and greenish yellow coloured white showcases a complex nose releasing spicy, floral, fruity, mineral and vegetal scents. You will be charmed with this full-bodied wine revealing a broad texture and a long finish.
This is some of the finest sauvignon blanc available from the steep slopes just outside of Chavignol. The town is famous for its goats cheese which, not surprisingly, makes an excellent match.
