Tasting note

The 1989 vintage of this Icewine won the Grand Prix d'Honneur at Vinexpo and put Canada on the global wine map. Delicious creamy peach, candied citrus peel and honey flavours. Delectable with raspberry mousse, pear tart or an assertive cheese such as Gruyère.

This sweet and golden yellow coloured white showcases a simple nose releasing spicy, floral and fruity scents. You will be charmed with this medium-bodied wine revealing a unctuous texture and a medium finish.

The nose is reminiscent of lychee nuts with the taste of tropical fruits over mango and peach nectar.

This Icewine is billowing with ripe peaches and apricots on the nose combined with delicious overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. Perfect on its own as a dessert or an excellent match to fresh fruit, rich paté or fine blue-veined and cream-based cheeses.
