Tasting note
Fairly big, but balanced and possessing a good, sturdy backbone. From a very cool, foggy part of northern Monterey County. Strawberry jam, sage, toasty vanilla. We paired it with salmon en papillote. Excellent! (Paul Hodgins, ocregister.com, Aug. 10, 2016)
