Tasting note
This new Cremant de Bourgogne from Jean Charles Boisset is very generous yet precise at the same time with lifted aromas of dried fruits, nuts and marzipan. Some perception of sweetness but it is the fruit at work. The weight is moderate, acidity firm and the length is excellent. There is delicacy here. I could easily place it as Champagne. Very nicely done. Score - 91. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, April 9, 2014)
